Everyday use
The call log and transcripts
Every conversation is on the Calls page.
For each call you see:
- who called and from which number
- what they wanted, in a sentence or two
- the full, word-for-word transcript
- the recording (from the Pro plan)
The transcript matters because it is checkable. If a summary reads oddly, look at the transcript to see what was actually said.
One thing worth knowing: NAMES are the part the recogniser gets wrong most often — a single word with no context around it. So when it is unsure we leave the name empty rather than write the wrong one. The phone number is always right, because the network provides it, not the recogniser. That is what tells you who to call back.
