Keep your own number

You do not have to publish a new number anywhere. Your own number stays, and we only get the calls you would have missed.

You will find the codes on the Account page, under your assistant's number. Dial them on your phone as if making a call — you will get a confirmation message.

*61*your-number# when you do not pick up
*67*your-number# when you are already on a call
*62*your-number# when you have no signal or the phone is off

These are standard codes and work the same on every network.

Reversible at any time: ##002# clears every forwarding rule.

Tip: start with *61*. It covers most cases and never gets in the way while you can still answer.
