Opt-outs and the block list

If someone asks in any form not to be contacted again — "stop calling", "take me off your list", "leave me alone" — the assistant records it immediately.

What happens then:
- the number goes on your block list
- any queued calls to it are cancelled
- the assistant apologises and ends the call

It does not ask why, does not try to talk them out of it, and does not ask for a number — the system already knows it.

You can see the block list on the Settings page, and add numbers to it by hand.

One thing to note: you cannot reverse an opt-out from your side. If the person changes their mind, they have to tell you themselves.
