Knowledge about your business

This is where you put what the assistant needs to know about your business but which does not belong in the script.

For example:
- the area you cover
- your usual lead time
- what you bring and what the customer needs to provide
- common questions and your answers to them

You can upload a text file or type it in directly.

The assistant answers from this when a caller asks. Where it has no answer, it does NOT invent one: it says you will confirm when you call back.

Length: up to twenty thousand characters. Beyond that the model's attention suffers as well as the cost — a shorter, focused text gives better answers than a long one.
